About Us – Our Story

[Art]ificial Turf & Design in Rockwall is the subsidiary division of our parent company, CTS Construction. CTS Construction is a commercial & residential construction company that was established in 2005 and specializes in the building and/or remodeling of chain restaurants, multi-location businesses, multi-family complexes, etc.

Some of our more notable clients are Fuzzy’s Taco Shop, Chiloso Mexican Bistro, Dickeys Barbecue and many more. [Art]ificial Turf & Design was born quite some time ago because a part of CTS Construction’s common components utilized in the construction of projects within our portfolio, was artificial turf.

After experiencing the reoccurring issues we experienced with outside vendors, we began comparing to the contrary results when we facilitated the Turf installation in-house. What we found was that there was a tremendous need for our business ethics, practices, etc. within the turf industry in Rockwall. From artificial grass for dogs to full lawn installations, there was a need for our company to fulfill.

Shortly after we implemented an in-house artificial turf division for our commercial projects, our commercial clients began requesting us to install artificial turf at their own homes. An incredible number of referrals began to come in and before we knew it, we had an artificial turf design business in Rockwall before we even had a business name. Thus, [Art]ificial Turf & Design was born and with a collective 18 years of experience, we have been a very successful and thriving business with a long list of incredibly pleased and loyal clients.
